Somatic Healing for Trauma, Emotional Blocks & Limiting Beliefs

Hi, I’m Paula—and I help people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or held back by past experiences finally find peace and freedom through somatic healing.

If you're here, chances are you've tried other ways to feel better—maybe talk therapy, self-help, or just trying to push through—but something still feels unresolved. I get it. I’ve been there too.

I know how heavy life can feel when emotional pain lives just under the surface. That’s why I created this space: a place where you can finally breathe, let go, and start to reconnect with the real you.

My Journey to Somatic Healing

My healing journey began when I hit a point in life that cracked me open. A series of life-shaking events brought up old, buried trauma I didn’t realize was still affecting me. I tried different healing methods, but none of them created lasting change.

Then I found Somatic Mindful Guided Imagery® (SMGI®)—and everything shifted.

This powerful, body-based approach helped me connect with my subconscious mind, process long-held emotions, and rewrite the inner patterns that had been running my life. For the first time, I didn’t just understand my pain—I started healing it.

And now, I guide others through this same process.

Blending Old and New Ways of Healing


Through my own experiences, I learned that trauma affects both the mind and the body. This understanding shaped how I now help others heal. People have used somatic practices and the subconscious mind for healing for thousands of years. Using this knowledge, I help create a safe and supportive space for you to explore and heal past pain, let go of limiting beliefs, and move past emotional blocks. I offer one-on-one SMGI® sessions designed just for you, so you get the personal support you need.

What Is Somatic Healing?

Somatic healing is a body-based approach that works with the nervous system and the subconscious mind. Unlike talk therapy, it helps you get to the core of emotional pain and release it from where it’s stored in the body.

With SMGI® sessions, I guide you through personalized inner journeys that help you:

  • Release stored trauma

  • Break through emotional blocks

  • Let go of limiting beliefs

  • Rewire old patterns

  • Reconnect with your inner wisdom

 

These sessions are gentle, supportive, and tailored to your needs.
